It’s been over two weeks at my new company but so far there are no one that I feel that I could talk to even at lunch no one would ask me to go with. Sometimes i feel discomfort because this kinda thing has never happened in my life before. But bad things come and go right?

Three films genres that I love 1) War, 2) Serious business concentrated, and 3) Gangster. What do they have in common? Probably it shows the way organization is setup and manage, how leaders react to each other in each circumstance, and consequences.
